The SUNTECHMACH pipe threading dies are replacement chasers for pipe threading machines, made in 9Cr2, SS and HSS steel. Square dies are produced for China-made pipe threading machines in 1", 2", 3", 4" and 6" sizes, while flat dies are available for REX, ASADA and RIDGID die heads. Both NPT and BSPT thread forms are offered, so a die set can be matched to the thread standard and pipe size of the job.

Operation Guide

• Select the correct die set for pipe size and thread type (NPT or BSPT).
• Open the die head and fit the chasers in the marked order.
• Clamp the pipe and apply threading oil to the die and pipe end.
• Start the machine and feed the die head onto the pipe at low speed.
• Cut to the marked thread length, then reverse the die head off.
• Clean the dies and store them oiled to prevent rust.
