Stainless steel pipe grooving machine is for professional roll grooving on SS pipe. A regular roll grooving machine is mainly for steel pipe groove rolling and does not work well for stainless steel pipe. We have developed customized upper and lower rollers for stainless steel pipe grooving. This machine is standard with stainless steel pipe grooving wheels, while the steel pipe wheels are optional.

Operation Guide

1. Place the STG2A-SS on a level surface and set up the pipe stands.
2. Fit the knurl wheel and pinch roll sets for stainless steel pipe.
3. Mount and align the stainless steel pipe squarely.
4. Set the grooving depth for the required coupling system.
5. Groove at 23 RPM and check the groove with a groove gauge.
6. For steel pipe, fit the optional steel pipe rollers.
