Operation Guide

1. Select the UNC die matched to the bolt major diameter and pitch.
2. Install the chaser into the RIDGID compatible die head.
3. Set the bolt/pipe square to the die head and start the cut.
4. Feed steadily; keep the thread lubricated.
5. Reverse to remove the die; check the thread with a pitch gauge.
