Operation Guide

1. Install the line on the leveled foundation; connect power to all grooving units.
2. Set the grooving heads and rolls for the pipe diameter.
3. Load pipe bundles onto the loading platform; the middle trolley lifts and feeds pipe.
4. The 6 stations groove pipe on both sides (12 groove rolling heads).
5. Unload grooved pipe on the unloading platform.
6. Check grooves with a groove gauge per the coupling standard.

Q1: How many pipes can this automatic grooving line process at one time?
The 6-station model can process up to 6 pipes per cycle. With 12 grooving heads working from both sides, both ends of the pipes can be grooved simultaneously.
