It includes 12 pieces of main pipe grooving machine, a pipe loading platform, a pipe unloading platform and a trolley in the middle to lift the pipe and feed it. With 6 grooving heads on both sides (12 groove rolling heads in total), it rolls grooves on 6 pieces of pipe each cycle. This line can make grooves on different diameter pipes with a minimum diameter of 1-1/2" (48mm), and is top-quality equipment in China — already sold to a listed pipe manufacturer in China.

Operation Guide

1. Install the line on the leveled foundation; connect power to all grooving units.
2. Set the grooving heads and rolls for the pipe diameter.
3. Load pipe bundles onto the loading platform; the middle trolley lifts and feeds pipe.
4. The 6 stations groove pipe on both sides (12 groove rolling heads).
5. Unload grooved pipe on the unloading platform.
6. Check grooves with a groove gauge per the coupling standard.
