The SUNTECHMACH STT50A BSPT pipe threading machine cuts BSPT threads on pipe from 1/2" to 2". It is powered by a 900W induction motor running at 28 rpm, and it is supplied complete with a tripod stand, instruction manual, threading oil, die head, chaser set and tool kit — ready to thread on site. The die set covers BSPT 1/2"-3/4" and 1"-2", and NPT dies are available as an option. The die head can also be changed to mount a metric die head for bolt/rod threading.

Operation Guide

1. Mount the machine on the tripod stand and connect the power.
2. Select and install the BSPT die set for the pipe size.
3. Clamp the pipe in the chuck, keeping it on the centerline.
4. Start the motor and feed the die head into the pipe (28 rpm).
5. Cut the thread to length; add threading oil while cutting.
6. Retract the die head and check the thread with a gauge.
