The SUNTECHMACH STG16A pipe grooving machine with trolley is a roll grooving machine for 1″-12″ (Φ33-Φ325) SCH40 steel pipe, and also handles SCH10S / SCH5S / SCH10 / SCH5 thin-wall steel pipe up to 8mm wall thickness. Roll sets with an "Interlock" design ensure the A dimension accurately, while the semi-automatic oil pump makes grooving more efficient with no need to swing the hydraulic pump handle manually. The cart (trolley) design makes it easy for one man to transport, and an inside tool box provides enough space to place the rolls.

Operation Guide

1. Move the machine on the trolley to the work position and level it.
2. Select the grooving rolls (up/low) for the pipe size and install them.
3. Insert the pipe between the rollers at the marked groove position.
4. Use the semi-automatic oil pump to feed the roll and set the groove depth.
5. Start the motor; the pipe rotates at 31 RPM and the groove is cold-formed.
6. Stop, release and check the groove with a groove gauge.
