The SUNTECHMACH STH150 electric pipe hole cutting machine is designed to create branch openings up to 6" (152mm) in steel pipes for mechanical tee fittings — an efficient branch connection solution for unpressurized pipeline systems. The 5/8" (16mm) drill chuck accepts all standard hole saw sizes; the integral motor and gear reduction optimizes large-diameter hole saw performance. Chain mounting fixes the machine firmly on 1.25"-12" pipes for safe high-above-ground work, and two feed handles allow left- or right-hand operation. Four support arms and a compact design keep the machine steady during cutting.

Operation Guide

1. Select the correct hole saw for the mechanical tee / branch size and assemble it with the arbor.
2. Mount the machine on the pipe at the branch position; tighten the chain lock firmly (chain design works high above the ground).
3. Center the pilot drill on the branch position.
4. Start the motor and feed the hole saw through the pipe wall with moderate, steady force (use either feed handle).
5. Retract the hole saw to clear chips periodically during deep cuts.
6. After the hole is cut, release the chain and remove the machine; deburr the hole edge.
