STH114 Pipe Hole Cutting Machine up to 4" (114mm)

The SUNTECHMACH STH114 electric pipe hole cutting machine is designed to create branch openings in steel pipes for mechanical tee fittings — an efficient branch connection solution for unpressurized pipeline systems. With a 5/8" (16mm) drill chuck it accepts all standard hole saw sizes and arbors; the integral motor and gear reduction optimizes large-diameter hole saw performance. The chain-mount design fixes the machine firmly on 1.25"-8" pipes and allows safe operation high above the ground. Two feed handles let the operator work from either the left or the right side.

1. Select the correct hole saw for the mechanical tee / branch size and assemble it with the arbor.
2. Mount the machine on the pipe at the branch position; tighten the chain lock firmly (chain design works high above the ground).
3. Center the pilot drill on the branch position.
4. Start the motor and feed the hole saw through the pipe wall with moderate, steady force (use either feed handle).
5. Retract the hole saw to clear chips periodically during deep cuts.
6. After the hole is cut, release the chain and remove the machine; deburr the hole edge.
