STG60A 60 Inch Hydraulic Roll Grooving Machine

The SUNTECHMACH STG60A is a heavy-duty hydraulic roll grooving machine developed for large-diameter steel pipes from 18″ to 60″ (approximately Ø457–1524 mm). Its automatic hydraulic feeding and return system, adjustable heavy-duty base and interchangeable AGS-type grooving rolls make it suitable for large-pipe fabrication workshops, water transmission projects and industrial piping preparation. Standard tooling covers 26″–60″; 18″–24″ tooling is optional. The stated maximum wall thickness is 12 mm, subject to confirmation of pipe grade, diameter and groove specification.

• 1. Verify the pipe OD, wall thickness, material and required groove drawing.
• 2. Choose the correct grooving and pressure roll set; install according to the operation manual.
• 3. Place and support the large pipe securely; adjust the base height to align the pipe and rollers.
• 4. Set the groove position and depth according to the approved drawing.
• 5. Operate the drive and automatic hydraulic feed in accordance with the manual.
• 6. Stop and retract the tooling; measure groove diameter, width and pipe-end dimensions before acceptance.
