Y pipe beveling machine china is an electric power tool for cutting steel pipe bevels. The machine is inserted into the inner side of the pipe and fixed with the inner wall of the pipe. By choosing different degree cutting blades, you can cut both outer side bevel and inner side bevel on the pipe. This machine bevels all kinds of pipe ends, pressure vessels and flanges. It adopts a "Y" design to realize the minimal radial working space. With the light weight structure, it is portable and can be used on-site. It is applicable to end face machining of various grades of metal pipes, such as carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel, and is widely applied in heavy type pipe lines. There is electric and pneumatic two types available, and we have both inner clamping and outer clamping type beveling machines.

Operation Guide

1. Insert the machine into the pipe inner side and fix it to the inner wall.
2. Select the blade degree (0°, 30°, 37°) for the required bevel.
3. For electric type, connect 220-230v 50-60hz power; for pneumatic type, set 0.63-0.8Mpa and 1500-2000L/min.
4. Start the machine; the cutting head rotates and forms the bevel.
5. Choose the blade orientation to cut outer side or inner side bevel.
6. Stop, release and check the bevel angle and face.
