The SUNTECHMACH CG-4X pipe groove cutting machine is an electric motor-driven cut groover for cutting grooves on 8" to 32" O.D. SCH40+ pipe ends in all materials. It uses hydraulic fixing, manual feeding and a cut blade for precise grooving, making it ideal for heavy-duty job sites and workshops. Unlike the traditional roll grooving machine, the cut groove machine has no limits on pipe wall thickness — you can cut a groove on any wall thickness steel pipe (6mm-35mm). The built-in motor, hydraulic pump and manual feed mechanism allow independent grooving operations, and the motor's built-in high-performance gear reduction system gives a compact design with reduced noise. Two sizes, 2"-12" and 8"-32", are optional.

Operation Guide

1. Place the machine level on the job site or in the workshop and connect the single phase 2200W power supply.
2. Load the pipe end; operate the hydraulic system to fix the pipe securely.
3. Select and fit the cut blade for the pipe material and size.
4. Feed the cutting blade manually to cut the annular groove on the pipe end.
5. Rotate the pipe steadily at 19 RPM until the groove is cut all round (no flaring, no wall-thickness limit).
6. Release the hydraulic fixing and remove the pipe; check the groove with a pipe tape or gauge.
