Operation Guide

• Set the manual roll groover on the pipe with the pipe end supported.
• Select the pinch roller and knurl wheel for the pipe size (1-1/4"-6").
• Position the groover so it clears the wall with the 9cm minimum radius.
• Turn the handle to bring the rolls onto the pipe and start the roll groove.
• Continue turning the handle until the groove is formed to the marked depth.
• Release the rolls, remove the groover and check the groove with a groove gauge.
