If the rolling groove machine has been used for a long time and the oil pressure is insufficient, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil in the oil pump. So how to replace it? Taking rolling groove machine STG2A as an example, the specific method is as follows,

(1) In order to prevent oil from overflowing and dirtying the machine during oil change, it is recommended to first remove the oil pump assembly from the machine. The disassembly method of the oil pump is as follows:

(2) If you want to remove the entire cylinder from the power head, first apply pressure to move the slider to the lower position, loosen the 2 piston retaining ring screws on the piston retaining ring (Figure 1), and then loosen the 10 inner screws on the pump base. Hexagonal screw M12 (Figure 2) can detach the entire cylinder from the power head.

(3) Unscrew the oil drain plug screw under the oil pump (Figure 3), and use a container to collect the dirty hydraulic oil. After cleaning, cover and drain the oil plug.
