Custom Spanish OS for Electrofusion Welding Machine – Co-Developed with South American Client

A South American client wanted to introduce our Electrofusion Welding Machine to their local market. Their feedback was clear: most machines on the market come with English or Chinese operating systems, which local workers find difficult to use. They asked us to develop a system that better fits their market.

1. Language barrier – Local workers prefer Spanish interfaces. English systems reduce efficiency and increase training costs

2. System flexibility – The client needed not only Spanish labels on the panel, but also a multi-language switch function on the large screen interface

3. Market positioning – The client wanted a clear advantage over standard competitors in their region

1. Collaborative R&D – We worked closely with the client to understand local operating habits and frequently used functions. Together, we defined the Spanish interface layout and terminology

2. Dual-level language support – Panel labels and buttons were changed to Spanish, and the large-screen OS was upgraded to support language switching (Spanish / English / Chinese / etc.), allowing flexibility for future markets

3. Sample verification – A sample unit was sent to the client for on-site testing with local workers. Feedback was positive
