Product Description

The SUNTECHMACH STB100 heavy-duty manual type hydraulic pipe bender is designed for precision cold bending of thick-walled pipes (gas, water and steam pipes, black iron pipes, galvanized pipes, Schedule 40 & 80) up to 90°, following GB/T 3091, DIN 2440, EN 10255 and BS 1387 standards. With 23T of hydraulic force and a 370mm stroke, it bends 1/2"-4" pipe — the top tier for heavy industrial and boiler making work. Built on a one-piece welded steel frame with wheels and foldable stand.

Operation Guide

1. Tighten the release valve by turning clockwise.
2. Loosen the vented oil bolt.
3. Grease the die cover, swagging blocks and the pipe to be bent.
4. Lift the upper plate and affix the bending die to the end of the cylinder ram.
5. Turn the swagging blocks so their grooves face the pipe die.
6. Make sure the pipe extends beyond the swagging blocks (accounts for pipe shortening during bending).
7. Set the swagging blocks closer together for short pipes.
8. Return the upper plate to position and advance the die.
9. Use the forming pump to apply pressure and bend the pipe to the desired angle (max 90°).
10. Release pressure with the release valve; the ram retreats automatically; lift the upper plate to remove the bent pipe.
11. For a clean right-angle finish, start with the swagging blocks at the pipe end and work inward.
