The SUNTECHMACH STB30 portable hand power conduit pipe bender is designed for fast, accurate bending of thin-wall pipes and aluminium tubes in 20mm, 25mm and 32mm sizes — the sizes most used in electrical conduit and light plumbing work. Fully manual, it needs no electricity, making it ideal for worksites without a power source. The tripod design with a die storage rack on the frame leg keeps all three formers within reach, and the carry handle makes it easy to move between work positions.

1. Select the former matching the pipe size (20/25/32mm) and fix it to the bender frame.
2. Insert the pipe into the former groove.
3. Apply steady force on the handle to bend the pipe to the desired angle (max 90°).
4. Release the pipe and check the angle with a level or protractor; repeat if adjustment is needed.
