Product Description

The SUNTECHMACH DSY60 electric hydraulic test pump is designed for quick and exact compression testing and leak detection in heating, compressed air, refrigeration, oil installations, sprinkler systems and other small bore pipe applications. Driven by a 250W induction motor, it pressurizes pipe systems up to 60 bar (860 psi) automatically — no manual pumping. Compact and portable (13.5 kg), with 1/2" BSPP connections, it is ready to use on PPR, PVC and PE pipe installation jobs.

Operation Guide

1. Check that the gasket and the joint are well matched; connect the water inlet pipe correctly.
2. Connect to a socket with leakage protection; the fire wire and ground wire must be connected correctly.
3. Loosen the pressure regulating knob first — never start the motor with load.
4. Fill the tank with water filtered by a 100 mesh/inch filter; the suction port must stay under the water surface.
5. After the test, loosen the pressure regulating knob, add a little oil (20#), and run the pump for half a minute.
6. Never run the pump without water (damages sealing and piston rings).
